How credits work
- 1 credit = 1 verification
- Every result, valid or not, costs the same 1 credit. Domain audits cost 5 credits.
- Cached results
- Opt in and any repeat probe of the same email within 7 days returns the previous result instantly — still counts as 1 credit; you get a fresh signed receipt.
- Subscriptions renew monthly
- Fresh credit allotment each cycle. Overage priced per-plan — no surprise bills.
- Packs never expire
- One-time credit packs sit in your account until you use them.
- Failed jobs refund
- Batches that don’t complete return unspent credits automatically.
- Cancel any time
