Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or calling our API you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use ZI² Verify on behalf of an organization, "you" means that organization, and you warrant you have authority to bind it.

2. Service

ZI² Verify verifies email addresses and issues cryptographically-signed receipts. Availability is best-effort; production SLAs are defined per plan (see Pricing).

3. Acceptable use

You may not use ZI² Verify to:

• Send spam or violate CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, or any applicable anti-spam law.
• Verify emails you obtained illegally (harvested, scraped without consent, purchased lists from unverified sources).
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label our engine without written permission.
• Attack our infrastructure or attempt to bypass rate limits + isolation controls.

4. Credits + billing

Free-tier credits (100) do not expire while your account is active. Paid-plan credits roll over 30 days after the billing cycle. Refunds are prorated at cancellation only for unused prepaid balances; ledger-recorded consumption is non-refundable.

5. Data ownership

You retain all rights to the emails you submit. We only use them to produce verification results and internal aggregate reputation signals (see Privacy Policy). We never resell or expose your list contents.

6. Warranties + liability

Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that a "valid" verification guarantees deliverability — no vendor can. Our liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate for convenience with 30 days' notice. We may suspend service immediately for acceptable-use violations. On termination, your data is deleted within 30 days unless legal hold applies.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Zenith Intelligence Technologies is headquartered. Disputes: good-faith negotiation for 60 days, then binding arbitration.

9. Changes

We will post material changes here at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
